Heather is an amazing agent. The previous year, I had a disastrous experience trying to sell my place, to say I was nervous and was expecting the worse was an understatement but with Heather that all changed. If you are lucky enough to have the chance to work with Heather, you will be a VERY happy seller! I ended up with 15 offers and accepted one that was 33% over the list price, but that “outcome” is not the only thing that made Heather so impressive. When we decided to list our home, there was no question as to who we wanted as our selling agent. Heather worked with us on purchasing our house, so we had the utmost confidence that she was the best for the job. Even though we already knew she was amazing, she still managed to blow us away. For starters, Heather and her team identified upgrades that would get us top dollar. She put together a phenomenal proposal that gave us multiple spending thresholds to choose from. We chose some basic improvements – paint, updated light fixtures, deck staining and landscape enhancements. Given that we were in the middle of a pandemic, her recommendation was to be completely out of the house before any of the work began. We moved 2000 miles away, leaving her nothing but the house keys and our unconditional trust.

Heather and her team proceeded to manage the entire process. From the renovations to marketing materials to the listing itself, Heather was exceptional to work with. Even though we were far away, she kept us in the loop on every single detail. She was always quick to respond and never made us feel like any of our questions were ridiculous (and I can assure you that some of them were!). Heather also recommended that we hold an offer review date. When that day came, we had 21 offers to choose from and most were well over asking price. Rather than bombarding us with details, Heather put together an easy-to-follow spreadsheet that gave us high-level overviews of each offer (with links to full documentation, if we wanted). We ended up selling for over 100k over asking price! We couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Finally, on a personal note, Heather sincerely cares about each one of her clients. If you’re looking for a Seattle-based realtor, there is truly no one better.
